Sky lantern – it is lantern produced from paper. Underside of lantern inserts cruet with combustible material which heat the air on burn time and thus the sky lantern gain height. Sky lanterns were invented in China in Kongming region at the Three Kingdoms period. Aforetime sky lanterns were produced using oiled rice-sheaf paper and bamboo frame. Instead off fuel there was candle or dish with oil. In the town of Pingsi located in the Eastern side of Taipei country Taiwan still organize yearly festivals and thousands of sky lanterns launch into the air during that time.
Sky lanterns keep on air about 10 – 20 minutes and gain height about 200 meters. Previously sky lanterns were used in army like communication means and now in China during the national festivals they used for leeway to heaven of human wishes.

1. Sky lantern must be launched no less 2 people;
2. Carefully take sky lantern from bin-liner;
3. Flex sky lantern according to bend lines;
4. Softly spread sky lantern by holding behind the sky lanterns upside and hold till the next person will light the cruet of fuel;
5. After that hold sky lantern about 30 seconds before it will gain height.
1. It’s not recommended to launch sky lanterns during the windy nights;
2. Strictly forbidden to launch sky lanterns alongside apt to take fire objects (forest, petrol station and so on.)
